Reporting Integrity or Ethics Concerns

In accordance with the PanAm Aquatics Integrity Code, any person may report a potential ethics or integrity concern to the PAQ Integrity Officer, Bobby Click. He is an international safeguarding and integrity expert, leading PanAm Aquatics’ integrity efforts by managing misconduct reports, overseeing independent investigations, publishing the annual Integrity Report, advancing education and awareness for athletes, coaches, technical officials, and federations, and strengthening global partnerships to promote a safe, ethical, and inclusive sporting environment across the Americas.

When submitting a report, please include:

  • The nature of the alleged wrongdoing (e.g., doping, competition manipulation, abuse, corruption, etc.).
  • If applicable, please also mention the potential legal basis of the Integrity Code infringement.
  • The person or organization involved as subject of the complaint (e.g., role/title, federation, role in the sport, etc.), with as many details as possible.
  • A description of the incident(s), including relevant context and as many details as possible.
  • Any supporting documents (e.g., photos, videos, emails, messages, articles, etc.).
